The 40m/131’3″ sail yacht ‘Latitude’ (ex. Mirabella I) was built by Concorde Yachts at their Chonburi shipyard.
Her interior is styled by design house Peter Sijm and she was completed in 1991. This luxury vessel’s exterior design is the work of Farr Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2017.
LATITUDE was the first of the highly successful series of three Concorde Yachts. Launched in 1991 she has undergone a years worth of technical refit, and in this respect she is presented as new. Her rig was recently taken out and inspected, and all necessary upgrades required were performed. The main and upper salon, and Owners office interior are all excellent condition. It is equipped by ample exterior dining areas with fold-away tables.
GUEST ACCOMMODATION
Latitude has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising two VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
RANGE & PERFORMANCE
Latitude is built with a GRP hull and composite superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel Diesel Man 450 Hp (2017), she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots with a range of up to 2.300 nautical miles from her 17,000 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store around 29,612 lt of fresh water.
